Just to clarify.....
To become an admin, you have to have been on the forum for a minimum of 2 weeks, and I mean actively participating with the other users. You have to have a good personality, and the other admins will have to discuss about whether or not we should make you admin as well. Sometimes, there are people who are made admin as soon as they join. It's because we admins know them personally or know that they were good admins on other forums. Don't take it personally.
You can become a mod pretty quickly. You might moderate the forum you go into the most, or the whole forum. It depends on how actively you participate forum-wide.
